Samhain, the first season of Hood: Outlaws & Legends, kicks off on September 2nd, adding a new free outlaw, new maps, the first battle pass, and “major gameplay changes.”The new outlaw is Eidaa. “An amazing toe to toe fighter, Eidaa’s abilities, unique moveset and customizable perks make her a fearsome opponent anywhere on the battlefield,” the devs explain. The new outlaw will be free for all players when Samhain starts in September. The trailer above also gives a glimpse of the maps arriving for the newest PvE mode, as well as some of the cosmetics to be earned with the Battle Pass, which will also feature free items at certain tiers.Another key addition coming with Samhain is “a game-changing rework to the winch system, improving and upping the intensity of each match’s critical final phase. This new system will allow both teams to winch for the treasure chest, leading to a fairer, more balanced experience in which every step of the heist counts,” the devs add.
