A PlayStation Studios job ad may be hinting at one of the PS5 exclusives set to release in the latter half of 2025. A fan spotted an internship opportunity at Guerrilla Games, which is oddly specific and suggests that a Horizon title — possibly the multiplayer game — is scheduled for release next year.
Multiple big PS5 exclusives rumored for 2025
As spotted by X user JorRaptor, the job ad in question is for a “Release” QA intern who will “acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure the game is prepared for launch.” What’s more is that the internship is specifically for the first half of 2025.
Based on this, we can deduce that Guerrilla Games has something planned for the second half of 2025, at the earliest. The studio is reportedly working on multiple projects, but it’s the Horizon multiplayer game that’s most likely the title this internship is for.
Insiders have said that Sony has a strong lineup of PS5 exclusives planned for 2025. The company recently pledged to release major single-player games every year going forward, but also said that it’ll continue to punctuate its pipeline with live service games in order to expand PlayStation’s revenue stream.
We’ll dig around and update our readers if we find more information.
