European esports organisation OG Esports has announced a partnership with Russian esports betting brand PARI.
As a result of the deal, the two parties will collaborate to create ‘unique, immersive experiences for esports fans.’
According to a release, the experiences created by OG Esports and PARI will range from exclusive content to ‘tailored events and opportunities’ that aim to offer new experiences to fans of the organisation. OG and PARI say further details on the joint projects will be revealed in the coming months.
PARI started accepting bets in 2022 and aside from its betting app for smartphone platforms, little is known about the company. In October 2022, the company partnered with Indian organisation ENTITY Gaming during The International 2023 and is also a sponsor of Russian Premier League football club FC Pari Nizhny Novgorod.
In October 2023, former Virtus.pro CEO Sergey Glamazda joined PARI as the CEO of PARI Entertainment, a separately operated esports and gaming division which aims to organise tournaments beginning in 2024.
PARI becomes the fifth partner of OG Esports joining the likes of Red Bull and cryptocurrency liquidity provider Wintermute on its roster.
Sujoy Roy, Head of Partnerships at OG Esports, spoke on the deal: “It’s always exciting to join forces with a brand such as PARI.
“Their forward-thinking approach aligns with our vision of delivering unparalleled experiences to our fans. This partnership will undoubtedly bring fresh and exciting opportunities to the esports scene and our fans, and at the end of the day, that’s what drives us.”
