Players will be able to swing, kick, and spike their way to victory with the release of Nintendo Switch Sports – see what’s to come with the launch trailer for the game.
A spiritual successor to the Nintendo Wii launch title Wii Sports, Nintendo Switch Sports has players customizing their Sportsmate avatar as they set out to hit Spocco Square.
From there, players can get moving with Soccer, Volleyball, Bowling, Tennis, Badminton, and Chambara (Swordplay) using the Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers. Each sport features controls that are intuitive, so diving into each one will come as second nature.
This means players will be able to use controlled motions to curve bowling balls, add spin to tennis shots, or even use a Joy-Con with the Leg Strap accessory to kick a ball in its Soccer Shootout.
Online play is supported, and Golf is slated to hit the title this fall.
