It feels like almost exactly six months ago that the first closed beta test for Honkai Star Rail was kicking off. Probably because it was. But now MiHoYo has announced that the next phase of space-train testing is about to start.
While we’re not sure when the beta itself is going to spring to life, we do know the sign-up period kicks off today and runs until the 15th of May. So you’ve got a couple of weeks to register your interest.
To accompany the announcement, there’s a brand new trailer for the game as well. Would you like to watch it? That’s good, because we’re going to embed it underneath this here paragraph.
According to a blog post on the game’s official website, you’re going to need to have an Android device with a Snapdragon 865, Kirin 9000 or better if you want to take part in the beta.
The beta will only be open to a small number of participants, and any progress will be deleted once it’s over. There won’t be any IAPs or anything like that kicking around either.
If you’d like to sign up and try and get into the beta, you can click here to do just that. We’ll be sure to keep you abreast of any more developments in the Honkai Star Rail saga.
