Netflix has released a new interactive fiction game, Secrets by Episode, developed by Pocket Gems. This exclusive version offers steamy, choice-driven narratives where you’ll control how each story unfolds.
Unlike the other interactive fiction games by Netflix, Secrets by Episode is not tied to any existing show. So, unlike Too Hot to Handle 3, Love is Blind and Virgin River, you get more freedom with multiple endings to explore.
There Are Eight Different Stories in Secrets by Episode Netflix
There are eight stories each featuring 12–17 chapters. ‘The Knockout’ sees you relocate to a European villa after some family troubles. You find unexpected support from a prizefighter who helps you rebuild your life.
In ‘Don’t You Dare,’ you must enter a challenge to save a struggling dog shelter. You date your rival and see who falls in love first. While in ‘Pain & Pleasure,’ you’re in a relationship with a powerful CEO, but a new temptation threatens to disrupt everything.
In ‘Mafia Money,’ you turn to a dangerous figure for guidance after inheriting your father’s empire. They’re someone who could either protect you or steal your heart. Next, ‘Bad Blood’ is a vampire romance where you must decide whether to embrace the underworld or remain on the outside.
‘The Billionaire Bachelor’ lets you compete for the love of a billionaire on a reality TV show while keeping a dark secret hidden. In ‘Faking Dating,’ you must handle the media frenzy while navigating a complicated romance.
Lastly, ‘Wherever We Go’ lets you travel through Europe with your father’s assistant. And that’s where you find yourself drawn to your charming tour guide. More stories will be added throughout the year, expanding the choices and narratives.
Do You Have a Netflix Subscription?
In Secrets by Episode, Netflix lets you choose a female, male, or non-binary main character and select your preferred love interest. Choices affect both small details, like outfits and major story developments, such as navigating romantic entanglements or power struggles.
