Microsoft Rewards users urged to file support ticket for Xbox Game Pass punch card

Rewards users who have been unable to complete the Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card despite meeting its requirements have been urged to file a support ticket with Microsoft to get their points.Found in the Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox, the Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card asks players to unlock three achievements in one of five games (Madden NFL 23, Forza Horizon 5, Star Wars: Squadrons, Guilty Gear: Strive, Gang Beasts) for 500 points. While that should be simple enough, it appears that the app is once again dealing with achievement tracking issues, leaving players unable to complete the punch card.Microsoft Rewards users unable to complete Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card As noted in the punch card’s description, it does say that tracking “may be delayed several days,” but even after completing its requirements at the start of the month when the punch card went live, some users still have been unable to claim their points. Now, Xbox loyalty marketing lead Daniel Martins has asked those affected to file a ticket with support. “Dear Rewards fans,” Martins said on Twitter. “If you completed your achievements more than 3-5 days ago and it still didn’t unlock the punch card, please go ahead and submit a ticket request for support to fix it.”Martins also noted on Twitter that achievement tracking should now be fixed for the punch card, and the team is monitoring the situation, but if it takes longer than 3-5 days to complete, you should go ahead and log a support ticket.
