Check your Xbox messages, people! Microsoft is once again giving out free Xbox gift cards that can be used to purchase games, add-ons, movies, and apps on the Microsoft Store.We are seeing reports from across the internet that Microsoft is depositing $5 gift cards (and in some cases $10!) in users’ accounts. As far as we can tell, it only seems to be those located in the US who are getting the freebie. For the lucky few that have been blessed by Microsoft and received an Xbox gift card, you have up until June 6th to use it, which is just over a month from now. As noted in the message above, you can use it on games, add-ons, movies, and apps on the Microsoft Store. If you’re interested in picking up a game, you should check out the latest Xbox sale — why not treat yourself and buy five copies of Agony? Go on; you deserve it. At the moment, we’re not sure who is getting these Xbox gift cards. Usually, those who don’t tend to spend much on the Xbox Store are given these from what we’ve found in the past.
