Marvel’s Avengers will be having its War Table updated for Patch 2.3 on March 24th, as well as a rework of the game’s onboarding process for new players, and the return of Nick Fury to the Helicarrier. Patch 2.3 is aimed at “streamlining missions and to improve the overall user experience” of a few key areas in Marvel’s Avengers — and will hopefully offer a slightly better progression structure for those of you just starting to work through the Marvel’s Avengers achievements. The War Table is having the most noticeable overhaul, which sees each region now requiring you to be a certain power level before you can play the content. The War Table now removes the 15-minute mission rotations, and instead, constantly shows Drop Zones and Threat Sectors, with Hives appearing once you’ve reached the region’s power level. To aid the new restricted gameplay, a handful of new missions will be added to Future Wastelands, so you won’t be farming the same quest. You can see the new power-level requirements below:Eastern Seaboard – power level 1-25Pacific Northwest – power level 25-50Utah Badlands – power level 50-75Snowy Tundra – power level 75-100Future Wastelands – power level 100-125Wakanda – power level 100-140The patch will also see the Marvel’s Avengers onboarding process redesigned for new players, and it includes the return of the ultimate people person, Nick Fury. He’ll be taking over from JARVIS and Maria Hill during the opening Avengers Initiative narrative, but you can also find him at the War Table if you’d like a catch-up. You can see a full rundown of the mission changes coming to the game on the Marvel’s Avengers website. Will you be revisiting Future Wastelands to play the new missions when Patch 2.3 drops on March 24th? Let us know down in the comments!
