For those who have yet to play it, The Punisher has players taking on the role of the titular Punisher as they seek out revenge on the gangsters who murdered his innocent family.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is set to include the following video games, with seven in all:

- MARVEL™ vs. CAPCOM® 2 New Age of Heroes

- X-MEN™ vs. STREET FIGHTER®
- THE PUNISHER™
To add to the experience, Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics will feature Online Ranked, Casual and Lobby Matches, along with rollback netcode for smooth play and global high score leaderboards.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics will also feature a training mode for all fighters, a Spectator Mode, a music jukebox, an in-game Museum, and new display filters for those who want to get the most of their experience.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is set to release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam for $49.99.
