Lost Judgement Where The Kappa Roam Guide
The quest actually starts with a fight. The guy has a statue and will stun lock you if you keep letting him hit you. Your best bet is to fight him from behind to avoid being stunned. After you beat him, you have to find some other Kappa statues around the area. Open your phone and search for the keyword Kappa and check the area for the most action. My spot was here on the map.
Wait around that area until a guy with a Kappa statute runs by and then you have to catch and talk to them. That will trigger the chase event, catch the Kappa guy and get the statue.
Next head here and talk to the guy fishing to fish up a Kappa. You need to pull up on the stick and then hit X when the bar is max to reel it in.
Now head back to where you chased the first Kappa guy and wait for the conversations around to play out. One of the men will talk about having extra cash and that he sold a statue to a pawn shop. Go to the pawnshop and buy it for 100 yen.
Now head here on the map and you will see the Kappa statue near the river. Interact with it to collect it.
Now head here and someone has just tossed a Kappa statue in with some trash.
Next is this location and you will find the Kappa playing goalie on the field.
Then the last spot you can find it is near your home office. If you have a mission there you will have to beat it first, but after you will get a cut scene and complete the Kappa quest. The office is here.
