Get involved with the underground racing scene in GTA Online: Los Santos Tuners when it arrives on July 20th, adding the LS Car Meet, new races, cars, and more.If you love cruising around Los Santos in your custom ride, meeting up with other players to flaunt your whip or do anything else with an automobile using an odd term — you’re going to love the update on July 20th. The update is called GTA Online: Los Santos Tuners and introduces everything you need for a thriving underground racing scene through the LS Car Meet. You’ll be able to find this buzzing automotive haven in Cypress Flats, a huge social space where like-minded car fans can show off their vehicles, race each other, and work through the new Reputation system. Don’t worry, your pride and joy will be perfectly safe inside the meet due to the strict “good vibes only” policy, meaning all aggressive actions are prohibited while in there. The LS Car Meet introduces the aforementioned Reputation system which is designed to give you a series of levels to progress through, offering rewards such as new clothing, vehicle customisations, discounts on new vehicles, access to new race modes, and the ability to host your very own car meet. To earn Reputation all you need to do is hang out at the Car Meet, take part in races, play around on the Test Track, or earn daily log in bonuses. As an additional measure to get the most out of the LS Car Meet, you can become a member for GTA$50,000 which opens extra privileges such as Prize Ride Challenges, access to the Merch Shop and Tattooist, and the use of the new modding area. Higher-tiered members will eventually be able to decorate the meet to their liking with a Private Takeover. Now you can’t very well have a Car Meet without ways to race around, can you? Check out the new ways to race outside of the meet and on the new Test Track. This new feature allows for non-contact racing for up to 30 players in Head-to-Head, Time Trials, and Scramble events. Off the track, you’ll be able to take part in the new Street Race Series for high-speed neighbourhood competitions or take on the Pursuit Series for a more open experience with checkpoints and the thrill of the police nipping at your heels. Sprint will also be available in Freeroam, offering a point-to-point race with three other players from the LS Car Meet to a random point anywhere in Los Santos, and then all the way back again. Finally, there will be ten new vehicles to check out when the update hits, so we listed them here for you:Annis EurosAnnis RemusAnnis ZR350Dinka Jester RRDinka RT3000Karin Calico GTFKarin Futo GTXObey Tailgater SVapid Dominator GTTVulkar Warrener HKRWill you be burning rubber and diving into the new underground racing scene when GTA Online: Los Santos Tuners arrives on July 20th?
