The Life is Strange Remastered Collection has been delayed “due to ongoing challenges of the worldwide pandemic” and will now launch sometime in early 2022, the game’s development team has announced. The Remastered Collection was due to launch on September 30th, following the release of the latest game in the series, Life is Strange: True Colors. The development team announced on Twitter that the Wavelengths story DLC for True Colors, which features fan-favourite character Steph Gingrich, will launch on September 30th, with a first look trailer coming today. “However, due to the ongoing challenges of the worldwide pandemic, we want to alleviate any additional pressure on the Life is Strange team by giving more time between the release of Life is Strange: True Colors and the Life is Strange Remastered Collection,” reads a message from the LiS team. “For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to delay the release of the Life is Strange: Remastered Collection for all platforms — PC, Playstation, Xbox, Stadia, and Switch — until early 2022. We hope you understand.”Life is Strange Remastered Collection will now launch sometime in early 2022. Life is Strange: True Colors is still on track to release next month on September 10th.
