Lawn Mowing Simulator joins Xbox Game Pass next week, strimmer update and new DLC detailed

We now have a date for Lawn Mowing Simulator joining Xbox Game Pass! Lawn Mowing Simulator will join the service on December 2nd and will receive a new update that adds string trimmers and a new DLC.String trimmers, strimmers, weed hackers, whipper snippers — whatever you like to call them in your part of the world — are coming in a free update when Lawn Mowing Simulator launches into Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC on December 2nd. According to developer Skyhook Games, string trimmers have been “highly requested” by the Lawn Mowing Simulator community. The new update will finally allow players to carefully hone the borders of their gardens — just look at them in action in the trailer above! Also launching on December 2nd for Xbox is the Ancient Britain DLC, which adds four brand-new locations for budding grass cutters to trim: The Royal Stones, Druid Tor, The Ancient Aurochs, and Aurochs Hill. As these new locations are of important heritage, you’ll need to cut carefully or you’ll be fined heavily for any damage caused. The Ancient Britain DLC will cost $8.99/£6.99/€8.99. Nothing has been said regarding achievements for both the String Trimmer update and the Ancient Britain DLC. Lawn Mowing Simulator joins Xbox Game Pass on December 2nd.
