Spart returns to the Guerrillas, this time taking his place on the bench.

During the inaugural 2020 Call of Duty League season, the LA Guerrillas brought in multiple young players to try and build their team around. With Reece “Vivid” Drost, Rasim “Blazt” Ogresevic and Kris “Spart” Cervantez leading the line. While all three eventually left LAG, Spart returns today as he is named as their substitute player for the 2022 season.

Spart rejoins the Guerrillas

During five events with the Guerrillas in 2020, Spart’s highest placing came at 5-6th. However, his amateur season in Black Ops Cold War told a different story. While his roster started slow, Spart took victories in the 5th and 6th Challengers Cups, before winning the first Elite season, the 10th, 13th and 17th Cups before finally taking the biggest of all, the Challengers Champs final.

Spart will continue to compete in Challengers this year alongside his role as substitute on the Guerrillas. This will give him well needed reps in the competitive scene, but also see him that one step closer to a starting spot in the league.
