Killing Floor 3 has been delayed, which means you won’t be unlocking any Killing Floor 3 achievements this month. Tripwire Interactive says the Xbox first-person shooter will now launch sometime later in 2025. Tripwire delays Killing Floor 3 after receiving closed beta feedbackKilling Floor 3 was originally down to launch on March 25, but Tripwire says it will now release later this yearPre-orders for the first-person shooter will also be canceled Tripwire says it “missed the mark” with Killing Floor 3 after receiving feedback from players in a closed beta test”We’ve made the decision to postpone Killing Floor 3’s launch to an undecided date later in 2025,” reads a post from Tripwire. “After taking the time to gather and discuss feedback from our recent closed beta, we’ve realized that we missed the mark. Our goal isn’t just to make Killing Floor 3 an ambitious step forward for the franchise, but also to maintain the core experience that you’ve come to know and love.”With the full support of our parent company Embracer Group, we’re working together on a timeline to address many of the common issues players had during the beta, including performance/stability, UI/UX, lighting, and weapon feel. While it’s too early to say which fixes will be implemented by launch, we can confirm that an update allowing you to independently select your perk class and character is planned for post release.”Tripwire is also canceling pre-orders for Killing Floor 3. The developer says if you’ve purchased the shooter on Xbox, your pre-order will be “automatically cancelled once the delay is reflected on the Xbox store. Since Xbox does not charge a user’s account until 7-10 days before launch, a refund is not necessary.”What are your thoughts on this? Let us know down in the comments.
