Astralis and MOUZ will face off for the first time in the Astralis vs MOUZ Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2023 Quarter Final matchup
Astralis played out an extensive battle against ENCE in the Upper Bracket Final, but despite their commendable efforts, the Danes fell to a demoralizing 2-1 defeat. Now, they will have to step into the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center to lock horns with MOUZ in the IEM Dallas Quarter Finals. The Germans tasted success in the Lower Bracket Final to punch their tickets for the last six, but they will not enter the arena as the CSGO betting favorites, primarily because of their subpar IEM Rio 2023 and Paris Major Challengers Stage campaigns.
Astralis
Astralis drew first blood as they beat ENCE 16-12 on Overpass. Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz put on a stellar display on the next map, but the AWPer could not snatch the win for his team, as a collective ENCE effort saw them prevail on Nuke in overtime. dev1ce continued to impress on Mirage, but he once again failed to steer his team to victory.

MOUZ
MOUZ picked up an effortless 2-0 victory against OG. There was little to distinguish between the two sides in the opening stages on Mirage, but Jon “JDC” de Castro spearheaded MOUZ to victory. The second map, played on Inferno, was a more one sided affair as it ended 16-7 in favor of Christopher “dexter” Nong’s men.
