What is Infinity Nikki evolution? Pro stylists are always looking to take their outfits to the next level, and Infold Games has included a way to do just that in its dress-up game. Getting to grips with how to evolve outfits is essential to elevate your best looks beyond off-the-rack, but make no mistake, it’ll cost you.

The best Infinity Nikki outfits are real showstoppers. Still, even the most dazzling get-up can feel a bit dated after a while, especially if you’re holding out on Infinity Nikki banners for your wardrobe refresh. That’s where outfit evolution comes in. This Infinity Nikki mechanic lets you exchange growth materials for an alternative look for your favorite five-star and four-star outfits. Here’s how it works.

How to evolve Infinity Nikki outfits

Infinity Nikki evolution automatically unlocks once you receive your Pear-Pal from Dada during the “Land of Wishes” main story quest. From this point onwards, you can open the ‘Evolution’ menu via the main menu and choose the outfit you wish to evolve at any time.

You can only evolve four-star and five-star outfits that you’ve fully unlocked. This won’t change the outfit’s overall clothing score, nor will it replace the base version of each outfit. Instead, the pieces of the evolved outfit appear in your wardrobe alongside their regular counterparts, leaving you free to mix and match them in any outfit you wish.

Evolving five-star outfits in Infinity Nikki can also include bonus rewards like photo props and other cosmetic effects that can help you show off your evolved outfit in style.

Infinity Nikki evolution cost

Infinity Nikki evolution requires rare growth materials that can’t easily be found in the open-world game. Four-star outfit evolution requires Calm Thoughts, which we saw given out as a participation reward during the Infinity Nikki beta.

Five-star outfit evolution requires Heartshine, which are only available via the Deep Echoes banner milestone system. You can claim the first Heartshine after 185 draws on banners, so start saving those Diamonds.

The third and final stage of evolution requires you to have completed a duplicate of each piece from the entire outfit. This is a massive undertaking, particularly for outfits exclusive to banners. We recommend saving your crystals for new outfits, unless you have your heart set on an alternative look.

Now that you know how to evolve outfits in Infinity Nikki, scoop up some Infinity Nikki codes to get one step closer to your next Heartshine. We can also help you solve the Infinity Nikki Whimstar puzzle and how to get more insight for the Heart of Infinity.
