The team at Ascendant Studios, together with EA Originals, announced that new updates with HDR and FSR 3 with frame generation on consoles will make their way to Immortals of Aveum.
Patch 1.0.6.3 for Immortals of Aveum, which is now available, will add HDR support to both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game. Note that HDR support for the PC version will make an appearance in a future update. Be sure to catch up with all the nitty-gritty with the official Immortals of Aveum patch notes.
Meanwhile, Patch 1.0.6.4 for Immortals of Aveum is slated to release soon. This will bring AMD’s FSR 3 with frame generation to consoles, along with a newer, better version of FSR 3 to PC. On that note, Immortals of Aveum will be the first title to feature FSR 3 with frame generation on both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S. This patch will also extend FSR 3 support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) monitors and TVs on both PC and consoles, which will improve frame pacing and reduce occurrences of judder or screen tears.

Be sure to check out our review of Immortals of Aveum as well:
“Immortals of Aveum is a worthwhile and interesting spin on a genre that is renowned for its lack of drive and innovation. It features an engaging and rewarding combat system backed up by an excellent narrative in a fleshed out and immersive fantasy setting that wouldn’t feel at all out of place in a Netflix show.”
