This is one of the missions that tasks you with finding and reclaiming a stolen vehicle. The stolen bike can be found in the back of the airplane that is sitting inside the hangar. Once you have found the vehicle, you will need to search around for the button so that you can open the hangar doors. This is likely very similar to finding the safe combination objectives so it may have more than one location.

On the North side of the hangar there is a couple of burnt out and covered vehicles as well as some mobile stairs. You can find one of the locations of the switch on the wall. It will have an arrow appear over the top of it when you get close. There are two vehicles next to it, both covered in a blue cover. There’s a good chance there are more spots.
