How Do You Push A Player?
If you want to push someone, you’ll need to purchase the ‘Push’ product from the shop. You can find the shop in the lobby to the left-hand side of where you step into the zone to enter. It costs 375k (of in-game cash, not real… don’t worry). You can get this in-game currency by winning a mini-game (or of course, winning them all). It expires after one use, meaning you’ll have to buy another if you want to push someone again.
Once you have it, you’ll need to be behind the player you want to push to ensure they can’t see you. Then, when the time is right, press the ‘Push’ button that will be on your screen.
Why Is Pushing Important?
If you’re familiar with Squid Game, there are multiple times when players push each other to eliminate them from the competition, which increases the chances of them winning. The same goes for in Shrimp Game! Pushing a player to get them eliminated will bring you one step closer to victory, as it’s one less person to go up against.
A great game to try this on is Red Light Green Light whilst the light is red. Players are meant to keep still at this time, so pushing someone over will make them move and be eliminated. Another option is the Glass Bridge game. Just make sure you don’t push them on the correct glass square… that’ll be a little awkward otherwise.
