How To Level Up In Devas Of Creation
Let’s get into it!
Skill Trees
This is one of the most important (and arguably, easiest) ways to level up, and it all comes down to your weapon build.
As you use weapons, you will start to gain skill points that feed into a weapon skill tree. The more you use a specific weapon, the more points you accumulate. Each weapon tree is different, so you must choose which skills you want to apply to a weapon. To view your weapon skill tree, press M to open the menu.
These are the weapon categories that have skill trees:
- Bow
- Sword

If you aren’t happy with the points you have chosen to invest into a skill tree, you can reset them for free if you are below weapon mastery level 7.
Defeating Enemies
Enemies and bosses drop a variety of loot after you defeat them, but you can also gain EXP! This goes towards leveling up. On average, you gain around 8 EXP from each monster you destroy, so heading to areas that are known have them is a great way to level up quick. I recommend heading to the Elder Woods, as there are plenty of wolves there.
Quests
Just like enemies, whenever you complete a quest, you gain EXP. There are two types of quests available, which are Main and Side. The main quest is the storyline you start when you begin playing. However, side quests are given to you by NPCs and citizens throughout the map (look for NPCs with an exclamation mark above their head!).
Between Defeating Enemies and completing Quests, Quest work typically awards the most EXP and counts towards your progression so I would opt for this route to gain levels fast.
