How To Get To The Calm Zone In Fisch

How To Get To The Calm Zone In Fisch

The Calm Zone is the fourth area inside Mariana’s Veil. Despite the name, the journey to get there isn’t calming. Before trying to reach this area, you need to complete the submarine and sail down into the waters. Check out the guides linked above for more information!

Building The Submarine

Head to Roslit Bay and speak to Dr Glimmerfin, who will give you a drill where you can drill for parts needed to assemble the submarine. Once assembled, hop inside and go down into the tunnel-like area in the water and follow it. As you keep going, you’ll unlock other areas inside Mariana’s Veil. Remember the way, as you’ll need to head back to those areas to catch a fish later.

Upgrades

As you make your way through the areas before the Calm Zone, you need to upgrade. If you don’t have the Glimmerfin Suit Level 3 upgrade, you won’t make it to the Calm Zone. Here are all of the upgrades you need:

• Heat Upgrade – for Glimmerfin Suit Lvl 1
  • x1 Lava Crystal
    • Obtainment: Drill in the rocks found in the Volcanic Vents
  • x1 Infernal Iguanafish
    • Obtainment: Fishing in the Volcanic Vents
  • x1 Blisterback Blenny
    • Obtainment: Fishing in the Volcanic Vents
  • x1 Inferno Hide
    • Obtainment: Fishing in the Volcanic Vents
• Ice Upgrade – for Glimmerfin Suit Lvl 2
  • x1 Ice Crystal
    • Obtainment: Drill in the rocks found in Challenger’s Deep
  • x1 Polar Prowler
    • Obtainment: Fishing in Challenger’s Deep
  • x1 Cryoskin
    • Obtainment: Fishing in Challenger’s Deep
• Deep Upgrade – for Glimmerfin Suit Lvl 3
  • Obtain the Anglers Lantern from Abyssal Zenith
  • Abyssal Bearded Seadevil
    • Obtainment: Fishing in Abyssal Zenith
  • Voidglow Ghostfish
    • Obtainment: Fishing in Abyssal Zenith

Catching Exotic Fish

Once you complete the upgrades and sail down into the waters, you’ll reach an area filled with a rocky parkour obby. This is where you will find the gate, and to open that, you need to place three exotic fish. When you have them all, place them on the stands to open the gate, which lets you into the Calm Zone.
