How To Get Moles In Dig It
Moles are one of the many creatures you can dig up. Apart from being a cool catch to show off, they also have an important use if you want to give your shovel an additional buff.
Where To Find Moles
If you want to get a mole for yourself, you have to dig… easy as that! You can find moles in any location, so all you can do is keep digging and hope to find one. I suggest using a shovel that has higher luck stats to increase your chances of finding one.
The Glass Shovel is a good option, as it gives you 40% luck, however, you can only get it at level 26+. If you want an option that’s easier to get in the early stages of gameplay, you can use the Toy Shovel. You can buy this for 1.5k coins at level 5+ in Nookville.
What Can You Do With A Mole?
Once you have a mole, you can use it to enchant your shovel. This gives it a unique buff. We already have an in-depth guide on how to do this which is linked above. Make sure to check it out! However, I’ll give you a quick summary here if you prefer things short and sweet.
Head to Mole Island, which is located opposite the docks of Nookville. Speak to the Helper Mole, where you get the option to ‘offer a mole’. Take out the mole you dug up from your inventory and hand it to him. Then, hold the shovel you wish to enchant.
