Assassin’s Creed Shadows was released this year, and adds to the impressive legacy the series has built over the years.
It’s the fourteenth entry in the franchise in fact, which is no mean feat considering the first entry only came out in 2007.

Set in the times of Feudal Japan, this entry in the series is hugely unique with its civil war based plot and huge range of settings based around Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and the Iga province.
It’s all based around real people and events, like the other Assassin Creed titles – but backed up with rock solid action and stealth based gameplay.
Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey – Saving 96% on G2A.COM

Now we rewind a bit to the eleventh entry in the Assassin Creed series, with this one set in Ancient Greece.
The year 431 BCE in fact, where a fictional war between Athens and Sparta is going down. You can fight as either side, with the story elements being particularly on point with this instalment. And the massive saving of 96% on the list price means this is a great place to try out the series if you haven’t already.

This one is set in the sun soaked lands of Ancient Egypt, providing a surprisingly accurate depiction of the iconic location.
You can sail down the Nile, discover the pyramids, or just get the sand between your totes. Well, kind of.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – Saving 92% on G2A.COM

Finally this entry is based around the Viking conquest of Britain, which is just as epic as it sounds. Receiving some of the most positive reviews of any of the Assassin Creed games yet, it was helped no end by a fascinating protagonist and detailed setting.
There were a few gameplay mechanics added too, as well as the clever reintroduction of old favourites.
