New World has an in-depth and rewarding house system so everyone’s going to want a house. This guide on How To Get A House In New World will tell you everything you need to know so that you can quickly get on the housing ladder and buy your very first house.
The first thing you need to do is reach at least level 10 within your territory. This involves increasing your reputation with a town until it reaches level 10. You can then unlock housing options, although most of them require a much higher standing. If you want to get a higher tiered one, check out our guide on increasing territory standing fast.
- Reach a minimum of level 10 Territory Standing with your chosen town
- This opens up the option to buy the lowest tier housing
- Search the town to find out what Standing Level is required for the house you want
- Purchase the house by visiting the property and following the on-screen prompts
Where To Buy A House In New World
This is Everfall. There is a main path that leads through the center of the town, this is where most of the housing can be found. Look along the main road in your town for open doors with these lanterns, these are properties that you can purchase. The ones on the main strip are usually more expensive.
Although the housing system unlocks once you hit level 10, I was unable to find a house available to anyone under level 15 standing, so you may need to farm more reputation before you can buy one.
