How to Complete the Hunt for the Crown of Ukuta Investigation in Skull and Bones
Your journey begins with the daunting task of locating Ukuta, a challenge easier said than done. You need to look for the island at the far left of the map. After close inspection, you will find it nestled along the southern expanse of the Coast of Africa region. Ukuta is an elusive spot, but it’s not impossible to find! Go to the Great Ukuta outpost after finding it.

Upon reaching Great Ukuta, make your way towards the ruins from the shore and turn right. Among the debris in the area, you’ll notice a tipped-over cart. Look for a leaflet lying at the bottom of it. It will give you the next clue for the investigation. The next stop on your voyage is Bandari!

You don’t have to leave Ukuta immediately, however. Stick around for a while and explore the other offerings of the island, like checking out the Vendor’s supply for useful blueprints or lighting the bonfire for a stamina boost.
To light the Great Ukuta Bonfire, ascend from the shore towards the ruins and continue upwards until you reach the summit, where you’ll encounter the Officer, Cookery, and additional stairs leading to the bonfire. Approach the bonfire and interact with it.
After leaving Ukuta, you will set sail for Bandari. This is about halfway up the left side of the map and directly west from the Poacher’s Cache outpost and northwest of Sainte-Anne.

After reaching Bandari, remember to search the area carefully for the next clue. Once you’ve successfully plundered Bandari, check your Journal for instructions to proceed to The Navigators’ Cross Outpost in Jiwe.
After reaching the location, investigate the shipwreck and find the letter in your Journal. After reading it, make your way to the Pillar Tomb Outpost.
Step off the boat at the Outpost and stroll over to the part of the island that goes further in. Keep an eye out for a bright red beam of light – that’s where the treasure hides! Just follow the light and start digging up that chest to wrap up this investigation.
