Blades of Chance may mostly be a game of luck, but there is some skill involved for dedicated players. In this guide, I’ll walk you through the Blades of Chance Parkour challenge. This is an opportunity to prove your platforming skills and earn rewards in the process.
For fans of sword-based combat and slot machines, Blades of Chance is the ideal game. You open Chests to earn Blades, which you can then put to use in intense one-on-one combat. It sounds imple on the surface, but there’s surprising nuance to the game. Case in point: its Parkour section. Read on for tips on how to beat it.
You can dive into Blades of Chance right now via Roblox. For more on the game, check out our Blades of Chance Limited Blades guide and our Blades of Chance Items guide.
Blades Of Chance Parkour Guide
In this guide I’ll walk you through the process of completing the Parkour challenge, and the reward you can get for doing so.
Where Is The Parkour Challenge?
To get to the Parkour challenge, simply head to the middle of the town section on the map. From here, walk down to the wooden dock by the sea. You’ll see a series of platforms floating in the sky above the water. This is the Parkour challenge.
How To Complete The Parkour Challenge
If you’ve taken on an Obby in a Roblox game before, you’ll know what to do here. You need to jump your way across the platforms to reach the floating island on the other side. This can be tricky, however, so I’ve put together a list of tips to help you out.
- Try the Challenge during the Day – At Night, the platforms of the Parkour challenge are harder to see. Wait until Day time to have an easier time completing it.
- Use Double-Jumps – Unlike most Roblox games, Blades of Chance has a double-jump. You’ll need to use this to make every jump in the Parkour challenge, since they’re all quite far apart. Be careful not to overshoot, though: it’s easy to do with this double-jump.
- Sprint with Shift – If you hold down the Shift key while moving, you can sprint. This is essential for making all of the jumps in the Parkour challenge outside of the first two, so use it frequently. You can always take a second to line yourself up and hold down Shift on each platform before you start moving, so don’t feel like you need to rush.
Your Reward
If you follow the above advice and complete the Parkour challenge, then you’ll find your reward waiting on the island at the end. It’s an item called the Obby Elixir, and it increases your Luck by 15% for 60 seconds when used. This is a minor boost, but you can repeat the Parkour challenge any number of times to get more, so if you get good at it you can essentially gain a permanent 15% Luck boost.
