Not sure what to expect when it comes to the Rune Slayer Rune Golem boss? It’s not the most complex boss to go up against, but it’s still best to be prepared.

How many Rune Slayer bosses have you defeated? While the Rune Golem drops 3 of the rarest types, there are lots of other Rune Slayer Runes to collect!

Rune Slayer Rune Golem

The main purpose of defeating the Rune Golem is because of its drops! It has a chance to drop 3 different types of Greater Runes, which are highly sought after due to their uses.

Rune Golem Location

You can find the Rune Golem on the Beach to the South of Storm Peak. It’s close by to the Gromvak NPC, who gives you the Giant Slayer quest!

How to Beat the Rune Golem

As the Rune Golem relies on swinging and slamming its sword, you need to prioritise evading its strikes as best you can. You need to stay away from the boss as much as possible, which isn’t the easiest if your character is part of a melee class. If your class relies on close range combat, you must try your best to block and parry any oncoming attacks as much as possible.
