Torn Banner Studios has announced that the Chivalry 2: House of Galencourt update launches today as a free expansion, adding over 60 new customisation items, arrow cams, two new maps, and more.Need a reason to buckle on your plate armour and trudge through a blood-soaked battlefield in Chivalry 2? Well, you’re in luck — unless you’re looking for more achievements — because the House of Galencourt update hits the game today as a completely free expansion and includes the new ‘Galencourt’ Team Objective map, which sees the Mason army lay siege to a walled city housing the Agathian Church. A second map will be available off the back of Galencourt called Courtyard, a Team Deathmatch map that also sees the slaughter of a few innocent nobles when the fighting starts. You’ll also be able to play the new 3v3 best of five Arena game mode on Courtyard, Tournament Grounds, and the Fighting Pits. Other features brought in with the update include the ability to see the death of your enemies up close and personal with the arrow camera. Plus, over 60 new customisation items have been added to the game for weapons, armour, voiceovers, and more.
