Patch 1.2 for Blackbird Interactive and Gearbox Publishing’s Homeworld 3 will bring with it gameplay improvements, bug fixes, free Skirmish maps, and the Kalan Raiders Fleet Pack when it launches on August 15.
The Kalan Raiders Fleet Pack will be Homeworld 3’s first paid DLC – also included as part of the Year One Pass. As part of this DLC, players will be able to take command of these ruthless brigands in War Games.
Two new playable fleets will also make their appearance in War Games. On top of that, all the Kalan Raider ships from the campaign will now be playable for the first time, and the new Swarm Fighter, Mine Launcher Corvette, and Capture Frigate will join the fray.
Rounding things out as part of this Homeworld 3 update are 11 new challenges and 40 Artifacts for War Games that are specific to the Kalan Raiders Faction.

Note that there are no additional debugging or content in the preview branch compared to the official Homeworld 3 branch.
