Make Space For Aegis
Fighting Roshan can be a do-or-die situation for most players in Dota 2. The ancient neutral, Roshan, rests in his pit just across the river from the mid lane. It can take all 5 of your team members to fight and defeat Roshan in battle. Roshan rewards people who defeat him with Aegis of the Immortal.
In this Dota WTF video, you can find Ember Spirit taking charge of his team while fighting Roshan in the game. His team comprised of Snapfire, Axe, Morphling, and Magnus, are ready to take down Roshan to claim Aegis of the Immortal for themselves.
The team destroys Roshan together and signals Ember Spirit to pick up the Aegis of the Immortal that is dropped by Roshan. Ember Spirit has his inventory filled with 6 items, leaving no room for the Aegis of the Immortal.
Sand King swoops in from his base and infiltrates Roshan’s pit to claim the Aegis of the Immortal, right in front of Ember Spirit. The Strength hero gets pushed to Roshan by Magnus in an attempt to stop him from stealing Aegis of the Immortal.
Ember Spirit and his teammates are stunned by Sand King using Burrowstrike. Sand King takes up the Aegis of the Immortal just before Ember Spirit can claim it, embarrassing his team at the last minute.
Many seasoned Dota 2 players also make the mistake of having their inventory full before fighting Roshan. You should at least keep one slot free to instantly pick up Aegis of the Immortal to avoid having it snatched after you take the ancient down. People can follow this tip to avoid such mishaps in Dota 2.
Frozen Hope
The Conduit of the Blueheart is among the most artistic Personas that have been released for the Crystal Maiden to date. The Intelligence hero transforms herself into an ageless wolf with the Conduit of the Blueheart Persona that looks stunning on screen.
The new Persona for Crystal Maiden includes a fresh model, animations, effects, and an exclusive voice for the Intelligence hero. You can unlock the Conduit of the Blueheart Persona at level 148 with the Battle Pass 2022.
In this Dota WTF video, you can see how beautiful Crystal Maiden looks, saving the day for her team. Enemy heroes are attacking the last 2 towers that are defending the Ancient in her base. Crystal Maiden spawns back into the game and immediately blinks into battle to vanquish the enemy heroes before they can take down the Ancient.
Crystal Maiden has a Black King Bar to make her immune to spells in the game. The Black King Bar prevents her from being disabled or interrupted by stuns while channeling her ulti. The support hero uses her ulti, Freezing Field, to deal massive amounts of damage to her opponents. She has an Aghanim’s Shard equipped that allows her to move while casting her ulti to save her team from losing.
Freezing Field deals up to 250 damage to all enemy units in a radius of 810 around the Crystal Maiden. Enemy units affected by Freezing Field have their movement speed and attack speed slowed. Crystal Maiden’s ulti lasts for up to 10 seconds and grants 20 armor to the Intelligence hero. Freezing Field has a cooldown of 100 seconds and consumes 600 mana.
Crystal Maiden manages to kill all 5 enemy heroes after using her ulti. Shadow Fiend is the last enemy hero to fall in the Dota WTF video. Dota 2 players should not underestimate the support heroes in Dota 2, despite gaining an advantage in battles to maintain their positions throughout the game.
Sacred Arrow Buries The Sand King
There are over a hundred heroes to choose from in Dota 2. From carry heroes to support heroes and tank heroes, people can take their time to find the heroes who fit their play style. You can play these heroes with your team to learn new ways of hunting down enemies in the game.
In this Dota WTF video, players will be amused by Sand King and his escapades. The Strength hero tries to destroy the tower in the bottom lane before being chased by Lina and Rubick. Sand King blinks to safety in the bottom lane to save himself from being killed by Lina.
Rubick advances toward the bottom lane and unleashes a Sacred Arrow that he has stolen from Mirana earlier in the game. Sand King gets stunned by an unexpected Sacred Arrow that stuns him for more than 3 seconds.
Lina is just about to land the last hit on Sand King when he blinks out of danger. Sand King tries to rest among the trees to restore his health. Rubick closes in on Sand King and releases another Sacred Arrow that stuns and slays the Sand King before the Strength hero gets a chance to teleport to his base.
Defense Dilemma
Defending your Ancient is a crucial step toward winning games in Dota 2. It can be hard to defend your base and your Ancient after losing the ranged and melee Barracks. You can expect people to make loads of bad decisions while they are put under the pressure of defending their Ancient against Mega creeps who can outnumber heroes and devour them.
In this Dota WTF video, you can watch Sniper being defeated by a lone mine left behind by Techies. Sniper is a ranged hero with exceptional attack speed in the game. He is pushed back while defending his Ancient and lands on a Proximity Mine placed by Techies in Sniper’s base. It results in the instant death of Sniper before he can clear the wave of creeps from destroying his base.
Chain Frost Chills
Lich is among the oldest heroes in Dota 2. He can protect allies from taking damage from enemy heroes and release a ball of frost to bounce off of his opponents. Most people who play Lich can do plenty of damage to carry heroes by casting their spells during battles.
In this Dota WTF video, Lich can be seen fighting Anti-Mage and Pangolier in the mid lane. Anti-Mage is a good choice to counter Lich in Dota 2 games. The Agility hero can burn mana with each hit, making him a threat to Lich and other Intelligence heroes who rely on their mana pool to pull off kills.
Lich casts his ulti, Chain Frost, and weakens Anti-Mage and Pangolier with the devastating spell. Chain Frost can bounce off enemy heroes for a total of 10 times, dealing up to 550 damage per bounce. Lich’s ulti gains unlimited bounces at level 25 through the Talent Tree.
You wouldn’t expect Lich to face 2 carry heroes in the mid lane. Pangolier dies from the Chain Frost, letting Anti-Mage blink away from Lich’s ulti. Chain Frost manages to bounce off of nearby enemy creeps and reaches the Anti-Mage, killing the carry hero in the process.
Mirana Hits The Bullseye
Mirana is a tactile Agility hero who can leap into action for easy kills. The ranged hero can make players feel rewarded for the matches by landing Sacred Arrows on their targets. She has a projectile speed of 900 that makes Sacred Arrow a quick spell to cast during battles.
Sacred Arrow deals 330 damage to enemy units and stuns them for up to 5 seconds. Mirana can cast Sacred Arrow from 3000 distance away to stun her opponents. In this video, you can watch Mirana jump into position to kill Storm Spirit who is pushing the mid lane.
Storm Spirit is an Intelligence hero capable of pushing lanes, destroying towers, killing enemy heroes, and escaping from team fights. He can use his ulti, Ball Lightning to move unobstructed in any direction. Ball Lightning, takes 0.7% of his mana for every 100 units he moves.
Mirana teleports to the mid lane and launches a Sacred Arrow that hits Storm Spirit right after he uses Ball Lightning. The Agility hero looks stunning while using her skills in battle. She makes her way toward Storm Spirit and casts Starstorm to obliterate Storm Spirit near the Secret Shop. You can play a few games with Mirana to improve your accuracy while releasing Sacred Arrows to stun enemy heroes in Dota 2.
Multicast For Multiple Neutral Items
Ogre Magi is a support hero with amazing luck. Many people choose Ogre Magi for being easy to play in Dota 2. Beginners and professional gamers spend countless hours playing Dota 2 to witness Ogre Magi casting Multicasts with his spells.
His ulti, Multicast, is a passive ability that allows his spells to be cast multiple times at once. He can cast spells like Fireblast, Ignite, and Bloodlust up to 4 times simultaneously in battles. Items can also be cast on enemies and neutral creeps to activate an instance of Multicast.
In this Dota WTF video, Ogre Magi uses Hand of Midas on a neutral creep camp to receive 4 neutral items at a time. He can instantly kill creeps for 160 gold and double the experience using Hand of Midas.
