Halo Infinite Season 2: Lone Wolves is here, and it’s brought with it a whole host of changes, including a new 120fps option for Xbox Series S, a new Battle Pass, new maps, new modes, bug fixes, and more.According to the official patch notes, 343 has squashed a litany of bugs, made improvements to the game in a lot of areas, and added some new features. Halo Infinite Season 2 changesTwo of the most notable new additions are new target frame rate options for Xbox Series X|S consoles. The Series S now supports a 120fps option for that buttery-smooth gameplay experience, and for those looking for better image quality, the Series X now has a 30fps mode. As for the Halo Infinite achievements, the developer has made a few changes. Most of you already know that the Medic! achievement is now unlockable in custom matches, but 343 also says it’s made “further improvements” to achievements that “failed to unlock as expected.” The patch notes say that if you met an achievement’s requirements and it didn’t unlock, install the update and launch Halo Infinite again, and it should pop. If it’s a campaign achievement you’re missing, 343 says you’ll need to load into the campaign and play for a few minutes to get the missing achievement to pop. If you’re still missing an achievement after that, make sure you submit a ticket over on Halo Waypoint. Elsewhere, 343 has made balance changes to various weapons, equipment, and vehicles, and has fixed numerous bugs across both campaign and multiplayer. The patch notes are absolutely huge, so to see everything that’s changed with the Season 2 update, we recommend heading over to Halo Waypoint and viewing them there.
