Guardians Of The Galaxy Sales Underperformed At Launch, But Have Since Picked Up

Square Enix revealed during its latest quarterly earnings report that initial sales of Guardians of the Galaxy fell short of expectations, but the superhero title eventually managed to strength its commercial performance as time went on.The publisher noted that “the game’s sales on launch undershot our initial expectations,” but things started to pick up after November last year, no doubt in small part to the game’s positive reception among critics and gamers alike.Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy was released in late October 2021 for PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
