Our latest peek at the upcoming Google Pixel 8 series comes courtesy of Evan Blass and it’s a doozy.
It’s a series of promo images of the Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and the Pixel Watch 2. Below is a neat specs comparison from Google’s product page for the Pixel series, pitting the two new phones against the 7 and 7a. It confirms the 8 and 8 Pro camera specs, including that the 8 will finally get an ultrawide shooter with autofocusing. The Pixel 8 will be able to go up to 8x Super Res Zoom, while the Pixel 8 Pro will leverage its 5x optical zoom camera to go up to 30x.

The thermometer on the 8 Pro model is listed as well.

We also get a detailed slide of Magic Eraser with the ability to remove distracting objects from the frame or fix a blurry image. All of this is possible on current-gen Pixel phones but we’d guess the feature is faster now.

The other part of the big photo dump is of the Pixel Watch 2.
We see the upcoming timepiece with a classy steel band to go along with the base model silicone.
