Milwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo shared his experience of attending a Harry Styles concert in Milwaukee on Nov. 3.
What do NBA players do with their days off?
Rest up, relax, and maybe go to a Harry Styles concert.
That’s what Milwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo did on Tuesday, Nov. 2, his day off between two important games. Antetokounmpo was coming off a 117-89 win over the Detroit Pistons, a win the Bucks needed as the NBA Champions fall precipitously in Eastern Conference standings.
On Thursday, Antetokounmpo and his teammates take on the New York Knicks, who lead near the top of the pack at 5-3. If the Bucks can beat the Knicks, they can prove their strength and build momentum going forward.
Perhaps that’s why Giannis went to the Milwaukee stop of Harry Styles’ “Love on Tour” concert tour as he saw the former One Direction bandmate perform live at Fiserv Forum.
Giannis laughed about being in a crowd of “99% women”, and thankfully, he was seated during the concert: he would easily someone else’s view with his 6-foot-11 frame. A self-proclaimed “big fan”, Antetokounmpo commended Styles for “a great performance.”

Although Antetokounmpo did not post his own photos of his time at the concert, other Harry Styles fans documented other big moments that occurred Wednesday night.
Styles superfan McKinley McConnell brought a sign with her asking for Styles’ help in sharing her lesbian identity with her mom. “My mom is in section 201… Will you help me come out?” the sign read.
Styles saw the sign and enthusiastically helped out McConnell. “Lisa, she’s gay!” he screamed as the crowd cheered them on.
Styles also made Wisconsin fans happy when he donned a cheesehead hat, which he also did while on tour there in 2015.
Although some may surprised that Antetokounmpo is a Harry Styles fan, the fun-loving forward has shown time and again that he likes to optimize his fun on his days off. On Nov. 1, Antetokounmpo posted an adorable photo of himself and his family dressed as “Wizard of Oz” characters.
Ideally, Antetokounmpo can keep the good vibes going if they get a win over the surging Knicks.
