Ghoul RE Ghoul Progression Guide
Let’s progress.
Obtaining Kagune
To survive as a Ghoul, you need to develop your Kagune, which you can do by increasing the amount of RC in your blood. You need to obtain 5,000 RC to unlock your Kagune. You can get RC by eating both humans and other Ghouls. The more you eat, the higher your RC becomes. Keep in mind that if you are killed, you will lose some of your RC.
As you become closer to awakening your Kagune, you will hear your heart beat faster. Once you have enough RC, your Kagune will automatically activate when you drop below 50 health. However, if you are below B+, your Kagune will be ‘unstable’. This means it is weaker and will cost hunger to activate. After you rank up past B+, your Kagune will stabilize.
You can reroll your Kagune using Ghoul Points, but when you reroll, your previous Kagune will be discarded. Now, let’s see what Kagune is available!
- Ken
- Legendary rarity (3% chance)
- Eto
- Mayu
- Takizawa

Evolving Kagune
You can also evolve your Kagune by doing the following:
- Increase your RC by eating either humans or Ghouls.
- Eat Kagune Sacs or Kagune Fragments. Each Kagune has certain requirements, so you may need to eat more for one compared to another.
- Last but not least, eat a Ghoul. However, they must have at least 1/3 RC required for you to evolve.
Ghoul Ranks
As you progress as a Ghoul, you will rank up. Each time your rank increases, you will obtain +5 stat points.

Ghoul Masks
As a Ghoul, you need to wear a mask to hide and protect your human identity from the CCG. When wearing a mask, your display name and leaderboard name will disappear and instead be replaced by your Ghoul rating and a random name. You can purchase masks from the shop.
