The month of August now feels long gone, but we can still look back and see which games were the top contenders for the month, and according to the numbers from PlayStation, developer Sucker Punch’s new Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut topped the charts both in the EU and North America, with Madden 22 and Hades not far behind. On the PS5, in the case of North America or US/Canada as the posting on PlayStation Blog states, Madden 22 takes the top spot, with Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut at second, Hades at third, Aliens: Fireteam Elite at fourth and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales at five. On the other side of the planet over in the EU, Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut takes the top spot, with Hades at second, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in third, Aliens: Fireteam Elite in fourth and F1 2021 in fifth place. In the EU, Madden 22 came in at number 13 on the list.Despite it not selling well in the EU, Madden 22 still remains up there with Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, although in both regions Hades is seemingly right behind them.Source – [PlayStation Blog]
