Forza Horizon 5’s Series 5 update brings a host of new additions and changes to the game, including a retroactive fix for broken Festival Playlist challenges from previous Series, new PR Stunts, new cars, and much more. While many of you have already worked your way through the Forza Horizon 5 achievements, some have been waiting for Playground to retroactively award points for bugged Daily Challenges and Treasure Hunt events from Series 1 and Series 2, and in turn, unlock the Min, Meet Max achievement. Well, this fix will finally be coming in the Series 5 update, and Playground will be awarding points from these bugged events to all players. As detailed in the latest Forza Let’s Go stream, the Series 5 Festival Playlist is focusing on PR Stunts this time around, and with that, comes a few changes to Forza Horizon 5’s map. Playground Games is adding 16 brand-new PR Stunts — four Trailblazers, Danger Signs, Speed Traps, and Speed Zones. Some of these PR Stunts will be temporary for Series 5, and some will be permanent additions to Foza Horizon 5’s world. A massive stunt park, with some big jumps and other exciting stunt apparatus, is coming to the stadium, and there are some unique Accolades you’ll need to unlock in this updated area. With the focus firmly on PR Stunts with Series 5, the Festival Playlist is chock-full of PR Stunts as opposed to races. It looks like there will be a minimum of four PR Stunts to complete each week, the odd Seasonal Championship here and there, EventLabs, Seasonal Playground Games, The Trial, Smashable Challenges, and more. However, Playground is also introducing a new event type called Series Special: Horizon Parade, where you’ll get to drive the ridiculous parade float in races against other parade floats. As for new cars, Playground is adding five new cars that can exclusively be earned through the Festival Playlist:2018 KTM X-Bow GT42019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro2010 Noble M6002020 Nissan GT-R Nismo (R35)1965 Mini Cooper S Forza EditionAnd for Car Pass owners, you’ll get the following this month: 1986 Ford Mustang SVO2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro2006 Noble M4002017 Ferrari #25 Corse Clienti 488 ChallengePlayground is also taking another step in making Forza Horizon 5 even more accessible by adding in both American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL) for cinematics. By turning on the option in the Accessibility menu, you will see an ASL or BSL interpreter appear onscreen. You’ll also be able to change where the interpreter is positioned onscreen and adjust the background colour.
