Need to find the Fisch Vertigo location for your bestiary? Follow this guide to find out how to access the area, what you can buy from Synth, and which fish you can catch.
Visit the mysterious Vertigo Abyss on Roblox in Fisch. To help you navigate the darkness of Vertigo, you might want to invest in one of the Fisch Lanterns. But first, you need to locate the Lantern Keeper!
Fisch Vertigo
Whether it’s the fish you want, or you want the Nocturnal Rod, Vertigo is well worth a visit!
Vertigo Location
It’s somewhat hidden unless you already know how to get there! It isn’t accessible by sailing the ocean on a boat, as it doesn’t appear on the map, or appear in the render distance at any point. What you need to do, is find a Strange Whirlpool.
They spawn intermittently, so it’s best to keep an eye on any pop-up messages on your screen. This message does not appear in the chat box, unlike others.
Once you know a Strange Whirlpool has spawned, you now need to search for it across the ocean in your boat. Unlike normal whirlpools, you can sail into the middle of the Strange variant and jump into it. After doing this, you’re teleported to Vertigo (also known as the Abyss).
Another difference is that Strange Whirpools have a beam, whereas regular ones do not. Vertigo is dark but is lit up by glowing crystals of purple and green.
Synth’s Shop
Synth resides in Vertigo! He has a marker on your screen when you enter, so he’s easy to find as you wander around. From his shop, you can purchase the Nocturnal Rod, which is only useful when you want to catch nighttime fish.
You can also buy a Conception Conch from Synth, which every player needs. Sadly, it’s single-use, and at 444 Coins it’s quite a hefty price for an item that lets you escape Vertigo. Even if you log out of the game and back in, you’ll spawn in Vertigo, so you have no choice but to buy the item.
Vertigo Fish
There are plenty of fish to catch in Vertigo, but you need to drop down into Vertigo’s Dip to find the pool of water. The hole is situated in front of Synth, and once you fall through it, you’ll find a nice fishing spot! Can’t get back up? That’s okay, as you can purchase Conception Conches down here too!
The Isonade also counts as a Vertigo fish, but we have a separate Fisch Isonade guide on that one, as the way to obtain it differs from those below.
