Right, first we’ll explain what the mutation actually does, then we’ll go into how to get it.
About Studded
The Studded mutation is a mutation in Fisch that affects both the appearance and the value of a fish. The fish appears covered in square bumps, resembling the iconic Roblox texture feature. As well as the change in look, the fisch is worth double its default value at sale to a merchant.
How To Get Studded Fish
As far as we’re aware, you cannot get Studded fish via the Appraiser at Moosewood. She can re-appraise your fish with various mutations, but Studded doesn’t appear to be one. Unless we hear otherwise, we’d say the only way to get Studded fish appears to be using the Brick Rod. There’s good news and bad news about that.
The good news is that the Brick Rod gets Studded fish every single time it catches something that can support the Mutation.

In short, you need to find a number of special bricks scattered around the world, find a code in the Trident Temple, and seek out an NPC at Harvester’s Spike. There are rather a lot of steps.
