- These trigger naturally during new time cycles and give a 3% increased encounter chance.
- Also increases the chance of developing a shiny mutated fish when visiting the appraiser.
- Blessed Enchant
- Applies a +2% Shiny and Sparkling encounter increase rate to a rod.
- Appraiser
- Located at Moosewood next to the Merchant, this NPC appraises fish for 450 C$ per turn to uncover mutations.
- Increased chances during a Shiny Surge.
- Costs a lot, but tends to be the quickest way for late-game players with a lot of cash.
