A new update means new rods, but what is so special about the Fisch Reinforced Rod? We’ll talk you through everything you need to know.
Check out Fisch on Roblox. Want to get to the new area? Our Fisch Desolate Deep Guide tells you how to get there! Once you have the Reinforced Rod, you will be able to fish in the Brine Pool, so make sure you have a look at our Fisch Brine Pool Guide.
Fisch Reinforced Rod Guide
Let’s take a look!
How To Obtain
To get this rod, you need to make your way to Desolate Deep, which can be a little tricky to get to. We already have a guide about this new area which I linked above, but I’ll give you an overview here too!
You’ll need to purchase either the basic or advanced Diving Gear. The basic one costs 3,000C$, and you can buy it to the right of the Shipwright NPC in Moosewood. The advanced gear costs 15,000C$, but the price is arguably worth it as it lets you swim underwater for longer. You can buy this from the buoy in the ocean… let me explain.
To get to Desolate Deep, hop on a boat and make your way past Sunstone Isle until you find a red floating buoy in the ocean (this is where you can buy the advanced Diving Gear!). It’s pretty out there, so don’t worry if it takes a while to get to. Once you’re there, equip the gear and swim underwater until you see the sign pointing to the left and right passageways. You’ll want to swim left (which luckily, is the easier option).
Keep swimming until you reach land, then breathe! Congrats, you made it. Now, speak to the Merchant NPC where you can purchase the Reinforced Rod for 20,000C$.
Reinforced Rod Stats
By no means is this the best rod in the game, but the fact it can hold any weight of fish does make it useful to have, as it allows you to catch some of the bigger and rarer ones. Let’s take a look at the stats:
- Lure Speed: 0%
- Luck: 15%
- Control: 0.05
- Resilience: 0
- Max kg: Infinite
Most importantly, it lets you fish in the Brine Pool area, and access all the strange creatures below!
