Fisch Meteors Guide
Meteors typically crash into the shore of Ancient Isles as the sun rises. Whilst I’m not sure if this is true, I’ve only ever seen them at the coordinates 5678, 116, and 621 which sit South of the waterfall. The Event isn’t a daily thing, so you’ll have to wait around a few cycles before witnessing one.
When a Meteor strikes, the game triggers a pop-up on every player’s screen regardless of their whereabouts to notify them of its crash on Ancient Isles. When this happens, you have roughly a 3-5 minute window to rush to the Meteor and collect the Gemstone inside before it despawns.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to wait, head to Roslit Volcano and complete the newly added parkour. At the end of this hot trail, the Meteor Totem sells for 75,000 C$. Or, you can find them inside Treasure Chests with a 10% chance. As implied by the name, the Meteor Totem triggers a single Meteor strike on use.
Gemstones Obtainment
From Meteors, you find an array of Gemstones which contribute to your Ancient Isles Bestiary. They come with a new rarity that has no formal name other than ??? But is recognisable for its purple border. Meteors are currently the ONLY way to obtain Gemstones. There are five in total, and when obtained, they can be used inside the Ancient Archives alongside other materials to craft Rods.
