About Merlin
Merlin is an NPC merchant, he sells the following items with rather cryptic titles. Fortunately, we’ll de mystify them for your a little bit to save you the stress. Below is the price, and what you get for your money.
- Luck – 5000C$
- Gives a ten minute Luck boost of 30%.
- Power – 11,000C$
These items can be purchased repeatedly, though keep in mind that the Luck effect isn’t stackable, with itself or with other Luck buffs.
How To Find Merlin
Before you do anything, you may need to grind some levels if you’re still relatively new to the game. Merlin will not interact with you beyond sending you away if you are below Level 30.
Once you’ve reached the minimum level, you’re good to go. We’ve included some GPS coordinates in areas where were thought they were appropriate.
- Head to Sunstone Island, From the Shipwright NPC at the down, swim across the water to the opposite bank to the West, where you find a ladder. (GPS reading is X: -1056, Y: 138, Z -1135)
- Climb the ladder to the upper areas of the island.
- From the platform you climb onto, make your way onto the rocky path and head South.
- When you reach a rocky slope, head up the slope and East. You should see a small wooden hut. Head towards it.
- Merlin is inside the hut.
