Fisch Halloween Fish Guide
All the Halloween Fish added within the 2024 update have a new rarity appropriately titled ‘Event’. This means it’s hard to determine the exact spawn rates, but fortunately, they all share more than just their rarity, each fish shares a spawning pool!
A new Event called the Frightful Pool triggers a ping server-wide whenever one spawns in. Similar to the Strange Whirlpool, they appear at random out on the Ocean. Frightful Pools have an orange stream that beams upwards, making them easier to spot.
Park your boat and begin the hunt at a Frightful Pool to fill your Beastiary with the brand new Halloween Event 2024 Fish!

Event Mutations
Alongside the new fish, Halloween brought new Mutations that apply to standard and Event fish. The Mutations can only be obtained for the duration of the Halloween 2024 Event unless you obtain a Haunted Rod (which I linked a guide for above!). The Rod includes a special ability that allows players to find event mutations after the event concludes.
- Ghastly Mutation – Fish appear transparent and green, like the Davy Jones from Spongebob.
- Sinister Mutation – Fish appear dark with a cloud of black particles emitting from their body.
