Fisch Fungal Rod Guide
First, let’s talk about the rod itself.
About The Fungal Rod
The Fungal Rod resembles a fishing rod with lots of little mushrooms growing along its length. Don’t let that put you off though, this rod has a special ability. It has a chance to let out strange spores when used. These spores give you a big Luck boost when using the rod while they’re active, making it a very lucky rod and good for catching rare fish. The smaller ones, at least as it has a 200kg weight limit.

- Lure Speed: -10%
- Luck 45%
- Control: 0
- Resilience: 0
- Max Weight Of Fish: 200kg
How To Get The Fungal Rod
Now you know what the Fungal Rod does, let’s talk about how to get it.
- To get one, you’ll need to head to Mushgrove Swamp, an Island in the South East of the map.
- Once on the island, head into the swamp from the Shipwright and look for three huge red mushrooms sitting together. Under one of these, you should find the NPC, Agaric.
- Agaric’s family were eaten by an alligator, and he wants your help to get revenge. So, naturally, he wants you to catch an alligator, which are found in the swamp.
- Once you bring him an alligator, Agaric will award you with the Fungal Rod for all your troubles.
