Esports communications consultancy The Story Mob has announced a mental health-focused partnership with mental health charity Safe in Our World.

The deal will see The Story Mob become the charity’s latest Level Up Partner, helping the company with best practices in mental health awareness.

Safe in Our World is a gaming-oriented mental health charity, founded in 2019. Through the organisation, games industry employees can find help and advice on numerous mental health topics.

The Story Mob has become the latest in line of partners for the Safe in Our World’s Level Up campaign. The campaign helps companies commit to mental health support in the workplace through education and by incorporating good practices. According to the company, the deal will help The Story Mob further support its employees if they encounter difficulties with mental health and wellbeing.

Anna Rozwandowicz, Founder and CEO at The Story Mob, commented: “Since adopting the four-day working week in 2022, our agency has shown that we can work more efficiently but still keep our clients happy – in return, my team have more time to do the things they love. Becoming a Level Up Partner with Safe In Our World will give us access to more resources that will help us continue to support our people in maintaining positive mental health.”

The Story Mob is one of the more prominent communications agencies in the esports and gaming space, working with clients such as Glorious, Ninjas in Pyjamas, the Esports World Cup, Riot Games and BAFTA, among others.
