Dr Dre is working on new music for a new Grand Theft Auto game. That’s according to his pal Snoop Dogg, who was recently asked whether we’ll see any new music from Dr Dre. “I do know he’s in the studio,” Snoop tells Rolling Stone. “I do know he’s making great f–ing music. And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that’s coming out. So I think that that will be the way that his music will be released, through the GTA video game.”Snoop Dogg doesn’t explicitly say which game Dr Dre’s music will be connected to. It’s possible that Dre could be working on something for the so-far unannounced GTA 6, or perhaps he’ll have something to do with the upcoming Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, though this seems a bit unlikely. When asked for comment by Rolling Stone, Rockstar declined. Dr Dre’s representatives also didn’t respond to Rolling Stone’s request for comment, so whatever Dr Dre is working on remains shrouded in mystery. The legendary rapper has worked with Rockstar before on a GTA game. In GTA Online, Dr Dre made a cameo appearance in last year’s The Cayo Perico Heist update. What do you make of Snoop’s comments?
