This week, Sony announced it was bringing trophies to a PS1 classic, 23 years after it was first released. Naturally, Xbox fans began calling on Microsoft to bring achievements to original Xbox games.Bend Studios announced that Syphon Filter, a game that launched on the PS1 back in 1999, would get trophy support when it releases into Sony’s revamped PS Plus subscription. Bend also confirmed that Syphon Filter would even get its own platinum trophy. Achievements in original Xbox gamesOf course, this led to Xbox players on Twitter imagining what life would be like if we had achievements in backwards-compatible OG Xbox games.
